Arnold Hill Academy are seeking to appoint an Academy Counsellor to work with students and staff.
The Academy is looking for a driven and caring individual who has the relevant skill set to support students and staff with a range of needs. The post will involve giving positive support that enables students to engage fully with their learning and staff with their work. Critically, the work will involve supporting a range of individuals to address their difficulties with strategies to help them to cope and build resilience. Working in a team is vital as you will be working in close partnership with other Pastoral Leaders including Heads of Year and members of the safeguarding team. You will be joining a forward looking and dynamic team which is warm and friendly, but which has high expectations of everyone.

We have approaching 16000 children and young people in our academies and employ more than 2200 teachers, leaders and educational support professionals across the East Midlands.
