A fantastic new role for a paralegal and Legal Advice Coordinator to join a friendly and exciting team working within a highly regarded homeless charity.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to organise and manage their time well; able to work your way around databases and handle client case files quickly and efficiently. Someone who has completed the LPC and has some experience in housing law is desired, but not essential, however excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a legal team is essential.

The role will involve providing administrative support to the legal team as well as being the lead contact on an in-house legal advice clinic which is run in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will also be responsible for all general administration duties which arise within the legal team.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, excellent training and development, and a host of staff benefits such as interest free travel loan and stakeholder pension scheme entitlement. You will work in a supportive yet challenging environment and take pride in the result of your efforts, which will have a direct impact on homeless young people.

Please note this role is a full time (37.5 hours) and permanent contract.

We seek to challenge discrimination and are committed to fairness and equality. We especially welcome applications from anyone with direct experience of being homeless or using young people’s services.
