Role: Care Home Maintenance

Location: Immacolata House, Langport

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday - 9.00am-17.00pm. Plus on call. 

Salary: £10.15 per hour

THE ROLE
Complete relevant paperwork including Health and Safety audits
Painting and decorating
General maintenance of the home
Liaise with the Home Manager and/or Managing Director regarding any problems

THE RIGHT PERSON
To be flexible to suit the needs of the home
To maintain the fabric of the building in a good state of repair
To be experience in general maintenance
To hold a full clean driving licence

You will also have experience of working both independently and in a team. Your main duties will be general maintenance work to maintain the home.
