Role: Internal Sales Executive

We are looking for someone like you that has their sights set on the prize and enjoys winning to drive sales growth as part of the Internal Fastcalgas EMEA Team. You will be part of a team that is growing and wants to expand its portfolio of clients. This will be done through building excellent customer relationship, upselling, crossing at every opportunity via phonecalls and virtual meetings as well as the speed and accuracy of dealing with enquiries and orders,

Disrupting, innovating and revolutionising ship performance and crew safety. If that didn’t make any sense to you, here are a few things we are really good at:
- Fixed and portable gas detections for vessels to avoid the worst to happen in confined spaces
- Calibration gas to ensure the gas detectors are doing the job they’re supposed to do
- Potable water testing kits to ensure the crew members on board the ship don’t fall sick

YOU’RE GOOD AT:
- Consistently exceeding, correctly recording and tracking Sales Budget and KPIs.
- Identify any customer accounts with growth potential opportunities and put together comprehensive account plans to achieve this growth
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with existing accounts to ensure each account is maximised to its potential, through internal communications via phonecalls
- Make the most out of all customer potential for the company by cross sell from other departments customers
- Work in a fast paced environment, able to adapt to frequent change and be able to work on a flexible schedule
- Chase and close by phone all quotes and opportunities in the territory
- Upselling at every opportunity
- Identifying opportunities
- Consistently exceeding 75% objective completion
- Liaising and providing support to relevant departments when necessary to ensure a perfect customer experience
