We have an exciting future vision and are currently recruiting for a Content & Marketing Assistant to help us continue to achieve our growth plans. The successful Content & Marketing Assistant will support the management of content across all electrical specialists. The primary goal is to ensure all content is correct and up to date on all customer websites and the successful candidate will be expected to develop a detailed understanding of all product categories. The Content & Marketing Assistant will also be responsible for supporting with share of voice analysis and a variety of events and exhibitions. This role would suit a Marketeer who has a true passion for trade marketing and is looking to grow their career with a market leading brand. This role is based at our Warrington office (WA3 6XG).

Knowledge, skills & qualifications required:

Essential:

• Previous experience of working within a Marketing/ Product/ Branding & Comms role
• Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel) with the ability to create presentations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
• Full, valid driving license and willingness to travel to occasional company meetings/external events.

Desirable:

• Experience of working within a FMCG/ Retail environment.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Studies.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience of presenting to an audience.
• Basic knowledge of design software packages
