We have a number of vacancies for  full time permanent, Supplier Success Managers, located in the US and UK.  UK role will work US hours between 2pm - 11pm.

You will be the main project contact and coordinator for Walmart suppliers and key client contacts throughout the e-halo structural packaging development process, to support data collection and validation for Walmart private brand SKUs.

You will support the supplier in understanding and delivering the defined project objectives and deliverables of the project through e-halo software platform on time, in full and to expected quality standards. Manage the relationship with the supplier during all the project phases from project kick-off and onboarding to data collection, supporting the supplier through all phases until project completion.

Coordinating all internal and external project stakeholders to ensure on time in full data collection for Walmart SKUs. Proactively managing project challenges including timings, supplier compliance and workload. Aligning project expectations with internal stakeholders, client and suppliers, escalating whenever required per escalation protocol. Following standard ways of working and using the agreed templates to continuously track and monitor projects and provide clear visibility of status, progress and challenges / escalations.

Your deliverables

• Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders, including Technical Compliance Team, Consultancy Team, Walmart PBT and Walmart product / packaging suppliers
• Providing initial onboarding and ongoing support to Walmart suppliers for usage of e-halo platform and packaging specification / BOM completion, answering queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Building and maintenance of e-halo product records and supplier domains on receipt of information from Walmart stakeholders
• Ensuring all system and project documentation is in place and up to date, including supplier and supplier connection set-up information and any required supporting documentation
• Collecting relevant information from Walmart Product Developers to compose e-halo structural packaging brief, ensuring all packaging requirements and any relevant Walmart guidelines/legislative requirements are included
• Ensuring all packaging specification requirements are collected on time and in full from Walmart product / packaging suppliers, including all data requirements, dielines, sustainability certifications, print requirements and any other required data or documentation needed for the project
• Ensuring all internal task SLAs are adhered to and communicated to internal / external stakeholders as required
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting the progress of all projects, following the agreed escalation process where required
• Supplying regular updates on progress, outstanding actions, critical path and risks to project team
• Developing a thorough understanding of the e-halo platform set-up, configuration and administration requirements
• Maintaining and administering files and folders for your projects as required and in line with file storage processes
• A good knowledge of structural packaging formats and components, substrates and printing processes would be preferred
• A proactive approach to project management is key, taking responsibility for overall project progress and use of resource managing any barriers with internal and external stakeholders as required and initiating corrective actions where necessary
• Understanding and fulfilment of all requirements of the Supplier Success Manager to the highest possible standards for all aspects of the project, including in-depth understanding of e-halo platform, packaging specification / BOM data collection requirements and any other tasks that may be required to deliver the project according to the process and critical path
• Fulfilment of any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your role as Supplier Success Manager
