Supervisors are the backbone of our management team in store, providing leadership and co-ordination on our shop floors while setting an aspirational example of customer service for the team. Lots of our Shop Managers started out as Supervisors; what are you waiting for?
Ideal Candidate
- Has a passion for retail and developing others.
- Confident in decision making.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to lead from the front and showcase excellent customer service.
- Ability to think outside of the box, going beyond the shop floor.
- Reliable, passionate and enthusiastic to push through retail boundaries.
Please note: For this position, we are looking for a candidate with experience working in a busy retail environment.

We are looking for a Supervisor on the following contracted hours: 30 hours
You must be fully flexible.
Supervisors are expected to open and close the store therefore shift patterns can vary between from 8am-8pm during the seasonal period.
