Willow Court is our specialist Nursing service in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, that caters to adults with PMLD and complex needs. Set across 3 bungalows, the 19-bed service has a well-established and cohesive team of Support Workers, Seniors, and Nurses who work together to provide person-centred, high quality care. The service is looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Nurse Manager who can work alongside the Registered Manager, Clinical Lead, and Nursing team to maintain high clinical standards and promote the Trust's values.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in the management and development of the home and to ensure the provision of high quality care, nursing, support, independence and community experience to assist Adults with complex needs to maintain a degree of independence and an improved quality of life.
- Oversee and deliver clinical training, clinical audit and clinical supervision of the nursing team.
- Collaborate with the Registered manager on decisions to ensure they meet the clinical risks and needs of the people supported.
- To deputise for the manager in their absence.
