Unfortunately these roles are not suited to an NQT.

The Trustees of the Boudica Schools Trust are seeking to appoint three inspirational teachers to join our growing team at St. Clements Hill Primary Academy.

We are no ordinary school: we like to do things a little differently and we are looking for three extraordinary teachers to join our ever growing team in September. Throughout Early Years and Key Stage 1 we offer our children opportunities to develop their learning through continuous provision and this has proved to be highly successful. This method of teaching and learning very effectively supports children in developing their learning skills; fostering in them resilience, perseverance, emotional regulation, independence and confidence to name just a few.

We are looking for teachers who have the work ethic, the flexibility, the commitment, the ambition, the skills, and most importantly the drive to think outside of the box to support the development of our unique school.

If this sounds interesting, and you would like to join our highly successful team here at St Clements, then we would like to hear from you.

Our fantastic team can offer you:

  • A school that is committed to ensuring that every child succeeds
  • A passionate, driven and successful school where you will feel well supported in your role
  • A robust induction process
  • Individualised professional development and career enhancement opportunities
  • The support of an experienced Senior Leadership Team and supportive Trust network
