At St Mungo’s our vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions. As a homelessness charity and housing association our clients are at the heart of what we do. We provide a bed and support to more than 2,700 people a night who are either homeless or at risk, and work to end homelessness and rebuild lives.
Our Property Services Team is looking to recruit a dedicated Property Services Administrator to play a key role in delivering property related services to our clients. In this role you will provide high quality, responsive administrative maintenance management, effective procurement and other property related services to St Mungo’s clients and tenants in Supported housing accommodations and Private Renting Schemes (PRS).
We are looking for someone with a positive, “can do” attitude, good communication and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to strict deadlines. You will be committed to efficiently resolving issues in a customer focused and constructive manner and will be able to deal appropriately with sensitive or difficult situations involving landlords, tenants, clients or contractors. This is a pivotal role in a key service within St Mungo’s.
In return, we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, season ticket loans and initiatives to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance. We are also committed to providing our staff with a wide range of learning and development opportunities; in support of their personal and professional development.
If you believe that you have what we are looking for, and have an interest in working for a charity which makes a real difference to the lives of people who are homeless, we would love to hear from you.
