We currently have a number of exciting vacancies within our Guest Experience team on a seasonal basis.
The Role:
Our Guest Experience team look after admissions, gift aid, guest information, wheelchair/buggy hire, general guest assistance, site presentation including litter picking, washrooms and ensuring our guest facilities are clean and presentable throughout the day. Depending on which Zone you are located within, you may also have the opportunity to work on the monorail and boats.
The ideal candidates will:
- be passionate about excellent customer service and be a strong communicator
- be confident, flexible and approachable with a “can do” attitude
- ideally have experience of working in a large, fast-paced, guest-focused environment
A full driving licence valid in the UK would be advantageous.
Flexibility in these roles is key, therefore candidates must have the following availability:
- able to work up to 5 days out of 7 including weekends and Bank Holidays
- able to work weekends (including Bank Holidays) and School Holidays
Contracts will be offered on a minimum 8 hour per week basis depending on availability, but hours of work may be significantly more during busy periods.
Candidates must be aged 16 or over on 20th July 2019.
