Gower College Swansea is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to work as a Facilities Officer - Compliance within the Estates department.

Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring the College systems and procedures for Health and Safety and Environmental statutory inspection and compliance.

With a working knowledge of statutory compliance issues and testing requirements (especially construction and property related), you will have excellent records management experience and first-hand knowledge of Fire Safety.

Holding a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, or the willingness to achieve this within 6 months, the successful candidate will possess an appropriate qualification within the construction industry and CIBSE/IMech/IEE or membership of other relevant bodies.

This role involves travelling across different College sites.
