Senior Premises Officer

 

£23,264- £25,424 per annum

                  

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

 

Work pattern (alternating shifts):

  • 7.00am - 3.30pm
  • 1.30pm - 10pm 

Overtime will also be required for weekend work. Overtime and work pattern will be discussed at interview.

 

We are recruiting for a Senior Premises Officer to work as part of the Chichester College Estates team, undertaking maintenance activities and ensuring that the College buildings and grounds are kept clean and safe. As a Senior Premises Officer, you will also oversee the team of Premises Officers to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and to ensure the College and grounds are maintained as a safe, sound and clean environment.

 

Our Senior Premises Officer will have relevant experience of working within maintenance, premises or a building services environment is essential. You will also hold a Level 2 qualification in a building services trade.
