Outreach Co-ordinator – Brighton Street Outreach

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Brighton Street Outreach Service. We are looking for a dynamic leader who will oversee the day-to-day running of the Street Outreach service ensuring that shift patterns and practices are set to ensure that contact is made and sustained with all rough sleepers in the area.
The successful post holder will oversee a team of Outreach workers and Assessment & Reconnection workers, ensuring that the appropriate assessments and referrals are conducted and that there is an action plan with a clear route away from the street for those rough sleeping in Brighton.
We are looking for an excellent communicator, who is able to lead a team working with internal and external stakeholders.
