The V&A works every day to share the power of creativity – its ability to entertain, enrich our lives, open our minds, and change the world.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social media professional with a passion for creativity and culture to shape the V&A’s social media offer, with a mission to grow and engage new online audiences for the V&A.

Reporting into the Content Marketing and Social Media Manager, as part of the 3-strong social team in the central V&A marketing department, the person in this role will fuel the V&A’s Masterbrand channels and also have a specific focus on shaping and engaging new social communities for V&A East.

One of the world’s most significant new museum projects, V&A East has a specific purpose to super-serve young audiences (16-24s) and be a civic space for our 4 host boroughs (Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham, and Waltham Forest) and social media will be central to this offer.
