RedEye is a Marketing Automation platform. We work with amazing B2C brands across retail, travel and financial services. 

You'll support the Account Manager providing reporting, insights and ideas to aid our clients with their marketing strategy and implementation.

So you’ll work closely with your clients to help drive their digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they consistently generate maximum return in their online investment, covering email and mobile behavioural marketing, customer insight, In App Messaging and website optimisation.

The Role

  • Be the day-to-day contact for your assigned clients, building strong relationships with them
  • Work with your clients to help drive their digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are accountable and measurable
  • Be responsible for administration tasks for assigned clients, for example invoicing is accurate and up to date
  • Use campaign data to provide your clients with meaningful reporting and insight to continually improve their campaign success
  • Action campaign briefs and ensure any problems or challenges are rectified.
  • Support client presentations on campaign success and opportunities for improvements
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional RedEye services to your clients
  • Make sure information is up to date and accurate that we hold about clients for any internal processes, working with the Account Manager/Account Director to make sure records are kept up to date
  • Develop a thorough understanding of RedEye’s product, competently and confidently able to use features and support clients with getting the most from RedEye’s product
  • Conducting daily checks on client campaigns and resolving/escalating issues as appropriate
  • Raising any client technical issues with the Account Manager/Director

Person

  • Excellent communication skills, both written a verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Commercial experience in a customer/client facing role (could be from an internship/work experience)
  • An aptitude for/understanding of digital
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Proficiently use analysis software such as Excel
  • Excellent and confident interpersonal skills to persuade negotiate and establish good working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programs
