SHIFTS: Weekends
Saturday and Sunday - 8am - 4pm
OVERTIME RATE - Time and a half per hour after completion of contracted hours.
Due to new government guidelines we now require EU settlement holders to provide further ' right to work' information.
The website to obtain this is www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work. This will then provide you with a sharecode which we will use to check your right to work.
The Job role:
The Digital Fulfilment department are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join their busy team for the seasonal period, this department specifically create LUSH parcels for our online customers, sending only the freshest handmade products received directly from our manufacturing sites.
What you can expect:
Preparing parcels for orders received on the Lush website will involve:
- Picking the required products stated on the order form.
- Packing and creating the bespoke parcel ready to be shipped.
A ‘can do’ attitude and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role as we like to create parcels as if they were for someone we love, whilst keeping an eye out for the special requests, ranging from product samples to personalised messages.
You will be required to:
- To be on your feet for 7 hours a day
- PPE must always be worn (will be provided)
- Be able to work as part of a team but also use own initiative
- Be time efficient
- Be focused with a proactive attitude
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be able to manage your own workload, be organised and self-motivated working towards daily targets.
