We're looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our wonderful pastry team - working in brand-new purpose-built kitchens, you’ll be preparing our sweet offer here at 22 Bishopsgate, from the pastry available at Blend Café, to delicious desserts in our Restaurant and Events. As a Pastry Chef, you’ll be preparing fresh, healthy and vibrant desserts with an innovative edge, and sustainable focused, like our mouth-melting banana bread, made from overripe bananas to fight waste! 

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have worked in a quality-led environment, ideally a quality, all-day dining restaurant or a hotel kitchen. That said if you’ve worked in a top-end B&I contract catering operation, we’ve got something for you too.

You should have great presence, personality, communication skills and above all, a love of food and drink. You'll have the support of a superb Executive Chef and culinary team to help you on your way.
