An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the teaching and learning of outdoor pursuits and guide students on various outdoor pursuit activities.  As an enthusiastic and inspirational individual, you will have a range of outdoor related qualifications for both land-based and water-based activities and be confident to work with a range of abilities in the outdoor environment.

With a working knowledge of Health & Safety in the outdoors, you will have a relevant first aid qualification and experience of monitoring and maintaining outdoor equipment.  Highly motivated with good organisation and communication skills, you will have a clean driving license and a willingness to drive the college vehicle is essential.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English. Gower College Swansea recognises the importance of delivering its services in Welsh and recognises the need to grow its bilingual workforce. We therefore encourage applications from candidates who can demonstrate good Welsh Language skills.

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to a start date before 1st February).
