Barnet Family Services are developing the way in which we gather Service User Experiences. We are committed to listening to families and ensuring that feedback is purposeful in shaping the way in which we deliver our services. We aspire for our children, young people and families to be provided with a broad range of inclusive and innovative avenues that aid their participation and feedback.
The post holder requires a confident, innovative and resilient individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The position would suit a candidate with participation and co-production experience as there is an expectation that the post holder involves children, young people and their families in the design and development of feedback processes and forums so they can actively contribute and shape the services they use. The post holder will be able to confidently engage a wide range of audiences and professionals in the borough contributing to the overall effectiveness of services.
The post sits within the Safeguarding, Quality Assurance and Workforce Development Service, you will need to be able to work flexibly (including evenings and occasional weekends) and will have experience of group work facilitation and leading, designing and implementing projects/programmes encouraging at all times engagement and participation with local communities.
