In the role of Duty Manager, you will be responsible for organising, leading and mentoring a team of staff to achieve outstanding results. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for a supervisory management position within the leisure industry.

In this key role you will report directly to the Health & Fitness Manager. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of the facility, including Health and Safety, overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the facility and providing excellent customer care. 

You must hold (or be prepared to commit to undertake training to gain) both NPLQ and First Aid at Work certificate. Ideally you will already have a Pool Plant Operators qualification, however further training can be provided for the right candidate.
