We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Profit Protection team.

As a Data Analyst you will provide analytical support identifying potential loss areas, common issues and causes and support in investigating and resolving incidents.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and develop various Profit Protection reports
  • Identifying potential losses or irregularities from data available
  • Analyse stock loss data and stock file accuracy
  • Develop and maintain a store Risk Matrix
  • Manage the incident reporting database
  • Produce information regarding potential areas of concern for stores
  • Maintain and update a suite of dashboards for the use of the Profit protection team and retail management.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience using data mining tools
  • High level of computer literacy skills
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Access
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working on SQL databases (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of Teradata, Tableau and Power BI (Desirable)
