Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst with experience in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will support testing activities related to CRM upgrades and enhancements, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases for CRM-related projects. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing under guidance to ensure reliable system performance. Log and track defects using test management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage. Support end-users during UAT, gathering feedback and resolving issues. Document test results and provide basic reporting on execution status and issues found. Participate in release validation and smoke testing in staging and production environments. Required Qualifications & Experience: 2-4 years of experience in software testing, with exposure to CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred. Understanding of software testing concepts, test case design, and defect lifecycle. Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar. Basic knowledge of API testing and ability to write or execute SQL queries is a plus. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 customisations, workflows, or integrations is advantageous. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving mindset. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent is preferred. Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium) is a plus.
