Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the event operation encompasses 147 hospitality boxes, private and semi-private dining rooms, a roof terrace and the arena itself which can all be used for spectacular private events, meetings, dinners, corporate launches, drinks parties and awards shows from BAFTA’s to the BFA’s.
As Head Porter you will be responsible for all that goes on ‘behind the scenes’ of our incredible Albert Hall Event division.
From the setup of boxes and private rooms to the preparation of the auditorium for 2000 guests, you will be a key player in delivering wow factor to our guests. You’ll also supervise the loading bay and storage areas plus the busy back of house corridor.
We’re looking for somebody with experience gained within a hotel, C&B venue or retail environment. As the Head Porter you would be required to lead a team of 10 porters.
You’ll need to have an excellent knowledge of Health and Safety and manual handling processes.
