Grade 6 point 20-25 £23, 541  - £25, 481 pro rata (actual £20, 158 - £21, 819)

Term Time + Inset days, 37 hours per week

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable inclusive support worker with experience of working in a multifaceted facility, with students of different ages and who have different needs and abilities, you must have experience of working in a secondary setting, the ability to deliver bespoke intervention programs and be able to effectively manage behaviour within the setting 

You will be based in our FLEX hub which is a nurturing and supportive environment that assists our students with all aspects of school life. Flex is used in a wide range of ways and our main aims are to identify barriers that prevent students from accessing the curriculum.
