We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to progress their career with us.

We are a marketing technology platform working with top online B2C brands across retail, travel and financial services. We are privately owned and have circa 100 employees. We give our teams the 'Freedom To Choose’, meaning you can choose to work virtually, at our office, or a bit of both, you have the freedom to choose what suits you best.

You will be working in our Marketing team where you will be tasked with finding creative ways to build our online presence, drive brand awareness and fuel lead generation through the delivery of a strong, creative and innovative content strategy.

Including the creation of the content strategy overall duties include producing, publishing, writing, editing, and proofreading all content produced.

We are looking for someone who highly creative, comfortable with managing people and project managing a broad range of projects, demonstrating a real attention to detail. A storyteller who is familiar with social media platforms (in particular LinkedIn and YouTube) understanding which content and approaches work on each and why. Also, being keen to engage in discussions and forums as
a representative of RedEye. Whilst experience of Hubspot and B2B Marketing is desirable, an enthusiasm to learn and develop your team is essential.

Here’s a taster of some of the things you will be doing in the role:
  • Building and managing a rich content and editorial calendar that attracts, engages and converts a qualified audience to our owned channels.
  • Creating quality written content including blogs, whitepapers, guides, case studies, webinars, video scripts, press releases and other content as needed.
  • Staying up to date on the latest industry trends as well as prospect challenges in order to build an effective editorial calendar.
  • Optimising content for SEO as well as keeping up to date on SEO trends and changes.
  • Repurposing content into multiple formats and for various channels.
  • Coordinating the use of video/audio and other innovation content channels or formats into the overall strategy.
  • Supporting the marketing executive with the creation of promotional copy for emails, social, and landing pages to support the lead generation campaigns
  • Working closely with Product Marketing and Sales to support on content for specific campaigns and sales enablement content to support the sales cycle and drive sales growth.
  • Reporting on the performance of content and use those insights to continually refine and improve the content created.
  • Supporting the Marketing Executive with content for our social channels, but also engaging in relevant discussions / forums as a representative of the business.
  • Working with in house designers, or agencies to help bring your content to life.
  • Managing the Marketing Executive.
