The Senior Security Manager will assist the Security Director to provide complete security and safety at the V&A – its visitors, personnel, buildings, collections, information and other assets. You will implement part of a holistic and dynamic security provision for the V&A, advising on national and international activity, and covering areas of risk across all of our sites.

You will work collaboratively with three other Senior Security Managers within the department, each with their own ‘speciality’. On appointment you will line manage a team of Behavioral Detection Officers, but this may change and you must be prepared to lead other teams of security officers or work on specific projects within the department.
