We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will add value to the Associations busy Customer Services Department in the role of Neighbourhood Housing Officer. You will be responsible for managing one of our Housing Hubs within the Dundee, Angus and Fife area, whilst supporting other neighbourhoods as required. You will have had experience of working within a fast paced and complex housing environment delivering housing management frontline services to a diverse range of customers. You will be committed to achieving positive service outcomes and for delivering an excellent customer experience. This post is 17.5 hours part-time permanent working on Wednesday AM, Thursday and Friday, however would consider alternative proposals with the successful candidate.
