You will be Instrumental in building fully automated artwork (e volve), driving smart working initiatives to improve efficiencies and maintaining brand intellectual property for the Realisation client base. Delivering on brand products consistently across multiple packaging formats, working within our systems to the five-point plan framework while focusing on our Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Build long term customer relationships with effective communication enabling continual improvement to future services.

What you’ll deliver:

• Promote Brand Quality Assurance. Special attention paid to improving the quality of all data inputs available to the production team.
• Promote artwork automation (e volve) and smart working to improve quality, consistency, throughput and drive down artwork build complexity.
• Produce technically correct automated artwork across all packaging formats and print processes following the requirements set out in the brief and client guidelines.
• Look to deskill the artwork build and streamline the end-to-end process.
• Maintain and update brand specific points of reference and shared asset stores.
• Ensure all college assignments are produced to a high standard and handed in on time.
• Communicate production requirements with the Realisation and Activation teams.
• Communicate daily activity with the Realisation and Activation teams.
• Communicate break downs in procedure to the Realisation Shift Leader and Activation team.

What knowledge and training you need

Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to plan, manage and deliver under pressure.
Knowledge of artwork production tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop) is desirable but not essential. 
Experience in coding and data creation/management is desirable but not essential. 
Experience in project management, scheduling and data entry is desirable but not essential. 
Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control is desirable but not essential.
