Pinxton Village Academies are looking to appoint a PPA Class Teacher covering EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to provide high-quality, supportive, engaging, teaching for the pupils in our school. Pinxton Village Academies is the shared name for Longwood Infant Academy, John King Infant Academy and Kirkstead Junior Academy. We have a unique structure as we are led collectively by one Senior Leadership Team and have one Governing Board that supports us in delivering a warm welcoming atmosphere where all are nurtured and cared for. In 2018, our schools formally joined the Flying High Trust and now work collaboratively with our Trust colleagues to achieve our shared aim of being the best schools in the universe! Your core duties will be:

• Class teacher with subject leadership depending on experience
• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning promote great progress for all 
• Good classroom practitioner with high expectations 
• Able to maintain positive behaviour through positive relationships
• Approachable, enthusiastic and positive  
• Able to communicate well and form positive relationships at all levels
