Witney and Carterton, West Oxfordshire

37.5hrs per week

St. Mungo’s influence and campaign nationally to prevent homelessness and help people rebuild their lives. We also deliver a range of life-changing services via 200 projects across southern England.

You will be joining a supported housing service, based across several sites in Witney and Carterton that provides support for 26 young people aged 16-25.

Your challenge?

  • To build a positive rapport with clients and take a holistic approach to each individual’s needs and aspirations.
  • To boost confidence in our clients and promote opportunities for positive change.
  • To support each client’s journey into independent living.


To succeed, you will need to be self-motivated, have strong communication and social skills, as well as a non-judgmental attitude and a positive outlook.   We will also be looking for a resilient yet caring nature and a passion for coaching, motivating and empowering others.   The post will require you to work across several Projects between Witney and Carterton.
