Using your deep knowledge of ERP, you will deliver an operations solution to allow us to maximise service to customers while keeping control over quality and cost. You will be:

  • A key member of the business ERP Project team – taking the lead for the operations department
  • Using value stream analysis, working work with key stakeholders to develop and implement the best system solution for the business.
  • Using your expertise in Lean Manufacturing to take a leading role in developing our production flow, leveraging system tools to streamline our processes

Requirements:

  • Highly experienced using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP for Operations and Supply Chain Management, with depth of understanding of key modules for Lean, Inventory & Master planning.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing business process change through deployment of technology (eg: ERP, advanced warehousing) using Agile methods.
  • Exposure to Lean manufacturing and operations concepts within D365 ERP (eg: backflush costing).
  • Understanding of the impacts and inter-dependencies of Operations within ERP systems to other functions (eg: Finance, Product, Manufacturing, 3PL interfaces).
  • Good trouble-shooter and problem solver with attention to detail.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a project team and able to rapidly build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Desirable experience 

  • Experience of implementing ERP systems would be an advantage.
  • Experience using Power BI for analytics.
