Human Resources Advisor

Salary: Scale H/I  (£27,741 - £32,234 per annum)

Permanent, full time

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

The Inspiration Trust is a Multi Academy Trust, committed to delivering the very best educational experience for the young people of Norfolk and Suffolk, across our 14 schools. We are ambitious for our schools and communities and want to create Britain’s highest performing federation of 3-19 schools and transform education in the East.

We are looking for an exceptional HR Advisor to join our Central Services Team to provide day to day HR support across Inspiration Trust Academies as part of the HR function. Our HR Advisors develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organisation.

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor
  • Fully CIPD qualified to level 5 (or working toward full qualification with relevant experience)
  • Experience of supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR
  • Experience of casework including capability, disciplinary and grievance
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to work on own Initiative
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and at time conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be that written or oral
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Passion for HR
