Gower College Swansea is looking for an enthusiastic, professional and motivated individual to support its highly successful suite of employability programmes based in Swansea City Centre.
The Administrator/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the Kingsway premises and will provide general administrative support to Kingsway-based staff.
With knowledge of setting up and maintaining accurate administration systems, you will be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages and have a real passion for customer service. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to relate a wide range of customers and an interest in marketing/communications. Experience of using social media in a work-related setting is desirable.
The successful candidate will ideally possess Welsh Language skills at level 4 in Listening and Speaking (see descriptor attached to Job Description) and level 2 (Grade A-C) or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to completing 6 months service).
