Deliver on brand, creative artwork and quality control tasks consistently across multiple packaging formats, working within our systems to the five-point plan framework while focusing on our Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Over the four-year term development is key through regular training and shadowing to learn the skills needed to be the future creative seniors of tomorrow.

What you’ll deliver:

• Promote Brand Quality Assurance. Special attention paid to improving the quality of all inputs available to the production team.
• Promote creative artwork at the earliest stage to simplify the end-to-end process and remove duplication.
• Promote smart working, looking to improve the process and drive efficiencies.
• Produce creative artwork across all packaging formats and print processes following the requirements set out in the brief and client guidelines.
• Bridge the gap between design and artwork, working with the designers to improve the creative artwork service.
• Maintain and update brand specific points of reference and shared asset stores.
• Ensure all college assignments are produced to a high standard and handed in on time.
• Communicate production requirements with the Realisation and Activation teams.
• Communicate daily activity with the Realisation and Activation teams.
• Communicate break downs in procedure to the Realisation Shift Leader and Activation team.

What knowledge and training you need

Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to plan, manage and deliver under pressure.  
Experience in scheduling and/or data entry. 
Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control is desirable but not essential.
Experience in the Graphics or Creative industry is desirable but not essential.
A knowledge of artwork production tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop) is desirable but not essential.
