We are looking for to appoint a Partnership Manager for a 6 month secondment to implement the new multi-agency safeguarding arrangements in Barnet and deliver the agreed objectives of the partnership.
The Working Together 2018 guidance gave more flexibility to the three statutory partners; the local authority, the CCG and the Police, to develop their own local arrangements. These have now been developed and published by the partners in Barnet and this is an exciting opportunity to work with senior leaders from across the partnership to implement the arrangements and deliver the business plan to enhance the way that partners work together with a real focus on improving outcomes for children.
We would welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate the ability to work with partners, project management skills and a successful record of improving outcomes for children.
If shortlisted you will be required to bring photographic ID to your interview to prove your identity.
Barnet is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Barnet operates stringent safer recruitment procedures
