The Company

Hollybank Trust, based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire is seeking dedicated Cleaning Operatives to join our highly skilled team.  

We are a charity founded in 1954 and have a number of adult and children’s residential homes, including an outstanding school, on-site speech therapy, physiotherapy and hydro-therapy services. We have achieved a reputation of attaining very high service standards, working with children, young people and adults who have complex and multiple physical disabilities and associated communication, sensory and learning difficulties

The day-to-day duties

We are looking for  bank/casual cleaners to provide domestic support to ensure premises are environmentally clean, meet Infection Prevention & Control requirement, and are tidy and comfortable for all staff, visitors and service users. Duties will include (but are not limited to) disinfecting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning of toilets, emptying of waste, and carpet cleaning along with other duties. 

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:

Experience of working in a similar environment and some basic Health & Safety and COSHH knowledge is an advantage
