Westminster, London

37.5hrs per week

Harrow Road is a Recovery Service providing 24/7 support to individuals in the Westminster Rough Sleeping and Mental Health pathways.

The role of Recovery Facilitator is a new role designed to support the development of services in line with Westminster’s and St Mungo’s strategic aims, to provide personalised and flexible support to individuals as part of their Recovery Journey.

In collaboration and partnership with others, you will be responsible for developing a day programmed of group sessions; to improve and maintain resident’s well-being. You will also develop materials, activities, resources and promote the programme within the borough and service, as well as deliver the programme of activities throughout the week. Other responsibilities include overseeing the development of personal budget resources and lead on implementing and monitoring the budgets to support the team and residents.

To be successful, you will have experience of engaging vulnerable people experiencing complex multiple needs to achieve positive outcomes. You will have working knowledge of personal budgets and its application, as well as of current best practice within the homelessness or equivalent sector (i.e. Recovery/Assets/PIE). Experience of designing and facilitating, training, workshops and groups, is also essential. 


The post-holder will work core (non-rota) hours, however you will be required work occasional weekends or evenings.
