About Us:

Caring Connections is a registered charity with over 27 years’ experience of supporting the Merseyside area.

As a charity we specialise in providing services to improve people’s physical and emotional wellbeing alongside reducing social isolation.

Our services include CQC registered home care, local heritage projects, suicide prevention programmes and veterans support schemes.


Responsibilities:

(Individuals must have a valid UK driving Licence and access to their own vehicles) 

To provide personalised care to individuals within their own homes.

To follow care plans to support individuals to improve their physical / emotional wellbeing.

To deliver personal care (when appropriate) to individuals promoting dignity and  respect throughout.

To travel across a set area to work with a number of service users per day.

To work in alignment with a support team to provide the highest quality of care experience.

Requirements:

No experience required, the most important is your values as a person. If you are a caring person who is looking to make a difference please apply.

As travel is an important part of role it is important that you drive and have access to your own vehicle.

If you have worked in care before there are a number of opportunities in senior care roles.

Starting rate of pay £9.30 which can progress to £10.25 per hour

All staff are required to complete qualifications under our career development programme. Staff can train from Level 2 to master’s degree qualifications all funded by charity.

- All systems are electronic with the latest care technology, so all staff are provided with their own smart phone.

Staff celebration events every 3 months, basically big staff parties to celebrate your work.

Face to face counselling support when needed with trained counsellors / cbt therapists
