Central Administrator to Director of Operations
Salary: Scale F £21,589 - £23,836 
Permanent, full time (Fixed Term until 31st August 2021) 
52 weeks per year
Starting as soon as possible

Inspiration Trust Central Trust Business Services are looking for an experienced administrator to provide confidential and efficient support to the Director of Operations and the HR Director.

You will support Director of Operations, and the HR Director, with Every system responsibilities, to ensure the Trust’s services are delivered to a high and professional standard. You will be responsible for all aspects of support to both Directors, including diary management, preparing documents, event and meetings management, communications, dealing with visitors, and management of filing systems. 

This is an exciting, challenging role for someone looking to work in a fast-paced and progressive environment. You will have strong experience in a senior administrative role, excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent IT skills.
