We’re looking for a Brand Manager with excellent written and verbal skills and an ability to plan, manage and deliver design projects to the best possible outcome, in our busy satellite office in Atherstone. You’re the ambassador of our client’s brand, delivering excellent client service to our stakeholders, design agencies, internal colleagues or directly to our clients. You pro-actively own the delivery of key projects, ensuring key dates are hit and challenges are overcome.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining key working relationships with all client contacts and other stakeholders such as design agencies and legal agencies.
  • Acting appropriately as an acting Aldi employee where required and respect all stake holders alike.
  • Guiding, mentoring and support should be given to your direct reports to enable progression when required in the ABMT structure.
  • Carrying out your project management duties in an exemplary manner and set standards for others to follow.
  • Managing and communicating all active projects proactively to all relevant stake holders.
  • Creating or tracking key projects metrics to inform senior stake holders in the Aldi business, as a proactive method of support to the relevant buying categories and directors. (Competitor reviews, Market trends etc.)
  • Paying close attention to housekeeping is required on all project document and systems (Sunrise, Sigma etc.).
  • Maintaining all projects and data on Sunrise and Sigma and completing local documentation accurate and up-to-date.
  • Following the Aldi product to market process comprehensively and any deviation is reported appropriately to the relevant management structure.
  • Managing commercial conflicts through their respective agreed channels procedures and impacts to the SBS and Aldi business are kept to an absolute minimum.
  • Ensure personnel conflict is respectfully and appropriately managed via the SBS business policies.

You’ll have:

It’s essential that you have a marketing/graphics degree and 3 years’ experience or you have 5 years’ experience in marketing/graphics. You’ll be computer literate and have experience of using Word and Excel.

It’s preferable that you have client facing experience or exposure to FMCG brands
