As an intern, you will on a project with the other interns, which will introduce you to many of the concepts involved in modelling a pension scheme and advising clients. You will also work on actual client work and live projects within your team, which will encompass the role of a typical day in ALM.

YOU WILL HAVE:
- An excellent academic record (including ‘A’ level in Maths) and a highly analytical mind
- A keen interest in statistics, modelling, and the ability to solve complex problems as this is a highly quantitative role
- An interest in finance and capital markets
- Good written communication skills

- The ability work well when the pressure is on
YOU ARE ALSO LIKELY TO BE:
- An undergraduate in your first, second or third year (only if on a 4 year course) of studies in a STEM subject
- Curious, always looking to innovate and experiment with something new
- Quick to learn, quick to understand and quick to evaluate
- Happy to ‘get your hands dirty’
- Detail oriented – always crossing the ‘T’s and dotting the ‘I’s
- Able to work under your own steam on assignments
