As an Order to Cash Team Leader, in your hands, we’ll get closer to our retail partners/ customers and get closer to our aim to be the number one home appliance business in the UK & Ireland. You’ll be responsible for managing the Order to Cash team for our Haier business. Working for the Head of Order to Cash, you will be responsible for the full order process from order receipt through to cash collection for a large group or channel of customers. You’ll be responsible for the management of all aspects of the customer, order and invoicing process. It’s important that you have great communication skills as you’ll be expected to closely liaise with Finance, Credit Management and Sales to ensure that deliveries and credit risks are optimised and that sales conditions e.g. prices and rebates are effectively managed. You’ll have experience of working in a similar role with team leader responsibilities and be comfortable with interpreting financial information. We’re upgrading our systems, so it’s important that you’re comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems. You'll be based at our Warrington site (WA3 6XG) but will have the opportunity to split your time 60% office and 40% home as we explore hybrid working. If you’ve got experience of working with SAP that would be a real advantage.
