The Hewett Academy is seeking an inspiring, innovative, and dedicated teacher of history to join our team; a teacher who shares our belief that all pupils have the right to succeed and have access to the very best education.
You will deliver a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum for students. You’ll monitor and support students’ progress and development and contribute to raising standards and attainment, motivating and challenging students to achieve their very best.
The Hewett Academy has undergone a transformation in the last five years and under a new Principal is about to start on the next stage of School Improvement. Graded as a “good” school in our 2018 Ofsted, Hewett Academy is serious about a knowledge rich curriculum, development of cultural capital for all students and promoting great behaviour.
