MK College Group People Services Team has an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to work within the team as part of the Prison Services provision. The full prison provision covers 19 prisons across the UK, of which you will be focusing on 9 Long Term High Security sites based in: Yorkshire, Durham, Manchester, Lancashire, Leicestershire, and Cambridgeshire.

As a successful HR Business Partner, you will complete the team of the operational HR service for Prison Services, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, change programmes, training, and resourcing. You will establish positive working relationships across the board to support the delivery of a proactive HR service across our prison provision. You will act as a guidance point and help to ensure processes are managed within agreed timescales minimising the risk of legal and financial implications.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our People Services Team, who are all committed to providing a comprehensive service to support and engage our colleagues in building a truly outstanding education institution.

A requirement of the role is to travel to the prison sites on a regular basis, there are also requirements to visit the Campus based in Milton Keynes on occasion. MK College support remote and flexible working.
