Due to growth and client demand RedEye is looking for a talented Partnership Manager to join our Strategy team in Crewe. You’d be joining a talented strategy team whose sole focus is supporting our clients with their multi-channel strategies.RedEye provides the tools digital marketers need to increase revenue. Our unique solution is called Contour, and it’s driven by a database that combines all customer data, online and offline to deliver multi-channel campaigns.

We're looking for an ambitious Partnerships Manager to take RedEye’s partnership strategy to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and developing the current RedEye Partnership Strategy and lead the way in forming innovative and exciting partnerships to support new business growth, achieve greater market exposure and support the development of our technology platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Strategy and Chief Commercial Officer to develop, implement and report on a partnership and re-seller strategy.
  • Proactively engage with partners to understand their businesses, ensure they are aware of RedEye’s solutions and how they align to our offerings.
  • Identify market trends and new technology that will be complimentary to the RedEye technology platform.
  • Target new opportunities for partnerships as well as to identify opportunities within our existing partnerships.
  • Develop relationships and negotiate terms with external organisations, constantly looking for the best way to maximise revenue.
  • Be the key contact for all partner needs, defining and executing on the long-term partner relationship.
  • Co-ordinate with our various departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Account Management) to ensure strategic alignment of internal resources.
  • Provide detailed analysis of all potential partners and identify which are top prospects based on RedEye’s goals and requirements.
  • Work with the with the commercial teams to understand RedEye business objectives and sales performance indicators and how partners will support achieving these. In addition, accurately forecast and report activity using salesforce.
  • Travel will be required to maintain and nurture a better relationship with partners
  • Work with the Marketing Director to drive partnership marketing activity, generating and responding to leads.

Skills & Experience

  • Very strong relationship management skills
  • An excellent track record of successfully developing and closing strategic partnerships
  • You must be able to evidence your ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, particularly at a senior level.
  • You should feel comfortable working across multiple locations on a regular basis, travelling and working from all RedEye offices in Crewe, Milton Keynes and London (at least twice a week).
  • You will need to be a strong team player, able to flex and adapt quickly and support others.
  • A strong background in Partnership activities
  • A proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organisation
  • Flexible and able to juggle multiple projects, must have strong project management, organisational, time management and problem solving.
  • Well organised with the ability to plan and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, negotiator and presenter
  • Proactive approach to work, constantly seeking improvement in all areas.
