Are you passionate about school improvement and want to make a difference to the lives of children and young people in our schools across Norfolk?

We are seeking to appoint an experienced school leader with a proven track record in school improvement (must have primary headship experience) to join our dynamic and supportive Education Directorate team as the Head of School Improvement (Primary). 
Head of School Effectiveness (Primary) you will be responsible for raising standards in all our schools working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders to include; headteachers, trustees, governors, staff, pupils and their families, education consultants and local authority officers to ensure that all schools receive the best support and service possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional development, serving as a strong basis for future leadership posts in a multi-academy trust, such as a Director of Education or other System Leader in Education role.

If you are passionate about providing the best possible education, working closely with headteachers and their teams, and celebrating their success and developments, we would love to receive an application from you.

The successful candidate will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle as this position will require some travel.
