The Bigger Picture:

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our brigade at Mamma Mia! The Party. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our wonderful team, working with fresh ingredients and learning more about the execution and delivery for such a regular event.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a background and experience working in events or banqueting – an environment with a routine and fixed expectation of consistency.

Our Chef de Partie will be responsible for delivery of a fixed menu to up to 500 guests per show (with 4 shows on the weekend) – so it certainly can be challenging.

Located in South East London, within easy access via the Jubilee line, bus and transport links.
