JOB TITLE:        HEALTH AND SAFETY ADMINISTRATOR (MATERNITY COVER)

LOCATION:        KINGS LYNN

SALARY:            £15,485 - £15,848 PER ANNUM (£22,918 - £22,23,455 FTE) (PENDING JOB EVALUATION APPROVAL)

HOURS:             25 PER WEEK (5 PER DAY IDEALLY)

CONTRACT:      TEMPORARY MATERNITY COVER (12 - 14 MONTHS)

CWA are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to provide support to our Health and Safety Officer in relation to collating data, undertaking risk assessments and producing reports as well as monitoring and tracking training, near misses and accidents.  This is a varied role where you will be a key member of staff in ensuring that the college is compliant with both legislative requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Whilst experience of working within health and safety environment would be desirable it is not essential as full training will be provided.  You will be joining a well respected and highly regarded team providing expert support and guidance across all campus sites, with some occasional travel (travel expenses payable).

Working hours are anticipated to be 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Health and Safety team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.  We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
