The role of Administrator will be to provide administrative support to the branches, landlords, and tenants regarding the renewal of tenancy agreements.

Key responsibilities of an Administrator:
- Draft tenancy agreements and support branches by drafting and coordinating the initial tenancy documentation.
- Advise other departments such as Client Accounting and property management, of the start and end of the tenancy.
- Provide cover for colleagues in their absence in order that deadlines are met and service levels adhered to.
- Act as a conduit between branches and the Letting Support Centre.
- Carry out all administration post-offer, relating to the tenancy to ensure a smooth transaction and release the branch from administrative activity.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Administrator:
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Solid administration skills
- Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
